Kim Walker // Senior Engineer

In 2006 Kim joined the Stebbing team after 7 years at the University of Waikato, where he was both a student and sound engineer working within the Music Department. He has earned a reputation as a very capable jazz/groove drummer, citing John Bonham, Steve Gadd, Leon Parker and Brad Wilk as influences.

Kim has a well rounded technical background with particular skills in the areas of electronic music production, classical instrument production and voice techniques. More recently, he has expanded his focus to include authoring, with projects for Fat Freddy’s Drop, Mike King and Dai Henwood under his belt.
