Simon Lynch // Producer & Mastering Engineer

Simon Lynch is highly acclaimed in the New Zealand music industry as a producer, composer, consultant and musician, and is one of the most sought-after mastering engineers in New Zealand.

His career highlights include a stint as keyboardist with soul-funk band Ardijah and performing at the 1992 New Orleans Jazz & Blues festival alongside Moana Maniapoto. He was the co-founder of Southside records and during his involvement with the label oversaw production of Upper Hutt Posse’s first album along with many hit singles and albums.

Since 1998, Simon has been a permanent fixture in our production and mastering suites, working with artists such as Anika Moa and the Mint Chicks. He is a specialist in mastering top end compilations, working closely with Universal, EMI and Warners on various projects, and is also available for arrangements and general consultation.
